How the partnership works
I run Special Care Handyman Services out of Coeur d'Alene, and more work comes through the door than one crew should touch — bigger builds, licensed-trade work, and jobs outside my lane. Instead of doing a mediocre job on your specialty, I hand it to someone who does it right. That could be you.
In return, two things pay the favor back. Send me the calls that waste your time — the honey-do lists and small repairs that aren't worth your mobilization. And keep your ears open: when a customer mentions buying or selling a home, needing property management, or needing a website for their business, the Specials family of businesses covers all of it, and those introductions count.
